As machine and parts are quite big and heavy, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON A PRODUCT PAGE, basically we will cross check everything before our shipping to your countries, by pictures, drawings, or videos, we don’t allow to Return & Exchange the cargo, our solution is to compensate in the next orders or send a replcement parts.
1) Spare parts, if it’s convinced that some problems are caused by seller’s mistake, we will send a new one to you together with next shipment.
2) Brand New & Used machine, if it’s convinced that some problems are caused by seller’s mistake, we will compensate you in the next orders.
3) The compensate amount should be negotiated by both parties.
4) All problems must be announced within 30 days of your purchase.
